Return to Position Announcements Employee Benefits Company-paid group insurance for employees includes:
Pension plan: Employees may contribute pre-tax earnings to a 401K pension plan after 12 months or 1250 hours of employment. After 24 months West Yavapai Guidance Clinic contributes from 5% to 10% based upon length of employment. Flexible spending account: Employees may set aside pre-tax dollars via payroll deductions for either a health care or dependent flexible spending account, or both. Vacation / sick leave / holidays: Employees accrue generous paid time off and extended illness time. West Yavapai Guidance Clinic provides ten paid holidays per year. Continuing education and training: Employees are encouraged to advance in their professional careers and may participate in West Yavapai Guidance Clinic's tuition reimbursement program after 12 months of employment. The Clinic also provides extensive in-house and outside training opportunities. |
